A short summary of tonight went…
Walking in
Looking over the sides we’ll be doing

During Dance auditions
On the drive home
Callbacks were tonight…
And instead of being read and sang for the lead roles like originally discussed, I lost my chance after the dance portion. I went from contention for leads to ensemble within 45 minutes. Because of something I can’t truly control right now ): fucking knee surgery.
I’m heart broken. I was read for a character I couldn’t possibly play, one of an opposite gender. And after receiving the most laughs (which was my solo saving grace for the night) they sent me home.
I cried all the way home and after talking to matt, I feel a little better. just a little.
But Grease Auditions are coming up and as much as this hurts right now, I’m going to be so much stronger in 2 weeks and I’m going to slay my audition and they’re going to remember how strong my acting is; the director was impressed with my audition and cold reading ability. And I’m going to be strong enough for dancing by then, and I’m going to get the role of Rizzo or Frenchie, and absolutely WOW the audiences.
Sometimes, you need to be humble. Other times, you need to embrace what the fuck you have to offer the world and say “i know have the ability, now lets go kick some ass make it a reality.”
Everyone probably knows this…
But seriously; don’t. EVER. Sleep. With. Your. Teacher.
It ends badly for everyone involved. Leaves certain party individuals broken and others can lose everything dear to them in a second.
In case anyone was thinking about it; no, the sex probably won’t be as good as you’re hoping. Yes, the sneaking is fun then someone gets real feelings and sucks to have to keep it secret. If he changed your grades, he just wanted to fuck, not interested in anything more.
Just say no.
